Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks including Toyota, BT and Raymond brands on the international markets covering Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa. Our network consists of six Toyota companies and more than 70 independent distributors. The TMHI markets have potential for continued strong growth and we need to further develop our team to support our ambitions to strengthen our market position by recruiting a Regional Manager.

A Regional Manager at TMHI is responsible for a specific region in the world and shall support our Distributors in the region with tools enabling the Distributor to secure a position as Market Leader of Material Handling. Also, as we are in the frontline of developing smart logistic solutions the role of the Regional Manager involves a possibility to manage special Projects.


Your core responsibilities are to make sure that set business targets in your assigned countries will be achieved and to secure our position as market leader. This includes:

  • Work with our distributors to implement plans and take actions to ensure our sales targets are met.
  • Conduct product and application training for the complete range of equipment. Support distributors by giving direct sales and business support.
  • Provide product marketing support.
  • Support Global Key Account Business.
  • Support distributors in their business development processes.

You will play an important role in the continuous development of TMHI AB and its business. You will report to the Director Sales & Marketing TMHI AB, and be stationed in Mjölby. Intensive travelling will be part of this position.


You have a relevant academic background and international work experience from industrial sales organizations with budget responsibility. As a person, you are pro-active, results-oriented and driven, used to work independently but also as a team player, structured and communicative with solid sales skills and able to accommodate cultural differences within working relationships. You communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally.
