We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager in our Swedish office based in Knivsta.

job description.
As a Sales Manager you will play a key role in our Sales team to expand our footprint and continue our successful growth in new business. In this role you will help drive the partnership with clients around adopting our products and services, as well as co-innovation for new solutions. You will work closely together with the Nordics team based in Sweden, our global HQ in Antwerp, and numerous team such as marketing.

Through both training & coaching from seasoned sales professionals, and on the job experience, you will learn how to successfully engage with our corporate B2B prospects & clients, articulate the business and technical value proposition and put together the most optimal solution set to fit their requirements across real estate, workplace and facility management.

Our sales prospects belong to a wide range of industries and cover different types of buildings (ranging from corporate offices to property owners, schools, hospitals and transportation hubs). By employing effective selling techniques, you translate business challenges into software solutions, showcase these solutions to clients and define concrete proposals for project scope, timeline and budget.

You maintain a high-profile Spacewell presence in the market place, communicate on new product releases and identify new business relations. You take ownership for top notch workshops, high impact presentations, pilot showcases, and demonstrations, while working on customized demos, tenders and RFPs.

qualifications
To succeed in this role we believe you have a long experience in sales, preferably from software sales. You should have a good general understanding for software and technology solutions and are comfortable communicating about this type of product. You’ve had prior training in sales presentation techniques and are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Knowledge in other Nordic languages are a plus. Furthermore, a genuine interest or knowledge of facility/real estate/workplace management will also a big advantage in this role. As the job requires some travel, you should be willing and able to do so, mostly to other Nordic countries.
