As a Junior Program Manager, you will support the management of multinational teams of researchers, consultants, and contractors to advance projects focused on developing new therapies for mitochondrial diseases. You will work in a team with highly experienced members in both the US and Sweden.

The position is full time permanent employment with six months probationary period.

As a Junior Program Manager at Pretzel Therapeutics, you will support the management of multinational teams of researchers, consultants, and contractors to advance projects focused on developing new therapies for mitochondrial diseases. As part of this, your role will require you to:

• Work with the Pretzel Project Leaders to aid in setting and monitoring project goals and milestones and make data driven recommendations for project strategy

• Support the development of detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and task management to achieve project objectives

• Participate in data review

• Identify and ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies

• Manage and ensure all project related issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact on budget or schedule

• Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communications, and decision making.

• The Employee shall perform the above tasks under the direction of the designated Pretzel supervisor and Pretzel Project Leaders

We would like you to have:

• MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or a related subject is required

• Good collaboration and proactive communication skills are important to program success, and you will manage interactions with a variety of internal and external resources

• Fluency in English is required

• The ability to travel to different countries when needed is also a bonus for this role.
