Axis is looking for the right person to fill an open position as a Technical Services Representative (TSR) in our Technical Services team within our Sales organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a TSR you will be in contact with both end users and Axis partners to handle administrative and technical support cases or calls in Turkish and English for the Middle East and Africa market. We support the customers over telephone, support tickets, and through chat.
As a TSR, your focus area will be on administrative support for all repair workflows and licensing requests combined with operational support for small business and basic configuration question.
Besides having a technical foundation, you profoundly need to understand the meaning of service and taking good care of customers. Customer care is one of our biggest focuses!

Proactive and self-motivated, you'll also be committed to constantly seeking new ways to improve the customer experience. To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a passion for technology with the ability to thrive in a fun, collaborative and fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL SERVICES TEAM
The Technical Services team is responsible for the support in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. All functions are located in Lund, Sweden and we're currently a team of around 35 people. The team solves a ton of problems, but boredom isn't one of them.
