Axis is now looking for an English-speaking Technical Services Engineer with great communicational skills who is going to have a focus on customer experience and to handle technical support for the Northern Europe (NE) region with a main focus on the UK market.

This position is in the city of Lund in the southern part of Sweden, and in close proximity of both Malmö and Copenhagen. If you are currently living abroad, do not hesitate to check and get a taste of the Swedish way of Life.

You provide advanced technical support to our partners and end customers in Northern Europe. We work and communicate with customers though a web-based ticket system, we provide telephone support, and customers can choose to chat with us. In the back end you have a lab and supportive colleagues that allow you to dig deeper into more complex cases. Besides building on your technical knowledge, you take an outstanding care of our customers and work with colleagues to have a thriving workplace!

Working as a Technical Services Engineer requires good communication and problem-solving skills and we believe that being energetic and self-sufficient is important in order to be successful in this role. Understanding professional communication, adapting to the customer needs, and following up with customers are other important requirements.

Since you as a Technical Services Engineer will be supporting the Northern Europe region, you must be able to both speak and write English fluently. Furthermore, you have:

  • An IT education/courses and experience within IT and customer support which also means you have had time to develop excellent communication skills
  • A good technical foundation to stand on, including Network concepts and Microsoft Windows OS
  • Some experience in technical troubleshooting.

The Technical Services team is responsible for the support in for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. All functions are located in Lund, Sweden and we're currently a team of around 50 people. The team solves tons of problems, but boredom isn't one of them.
