What you will be doing
As a Sourcing Manager within SEB Group Procurement, you will be responsible for delivering high-value sourcing services. This role requires executing sourcing projects, performing supplier relationship management, managing the contracts and renegotiating the existing agreements, identifying and executing saving opportunities, communicating and integrating with internal stakeholders, securing one SEB/cross-country/cross-divisional aspects of sourcing, securing operational risk and driving process efficiency to secure our business plan goals. You will to a high extent collaborate with SEBs sourcing professionals based in various countries, mainly Sweden and Lithuania. You will be based in Vilnius and report to the Head of Sourcing at Group Procurement.
As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for:

•       Work with the Group Procurement team to build relationships with business stakeholders and participate in developing procurement/ sourcing strategies which help support their business goals

•       Help drive implementation of Group procurement strategies aligned with the relevant category teams

•       Execute sourcing projects independently and in timely manner

•       Ensure procurement processes are executed and coordinated with stakeholders according to the Sourcing Process

•       Represent SEB during negotiations and manage negotiations process

•       Identify and drive process improvement and development areas according to existing and new requirements or business needs

•       Develop organizational learning approach

•       Work within specified area of responsibility, prepare, gather, analyze, and deliver information related to Group Procurement management

•       Ensure timely delivery, storage, hosting and registration of documentation in internal information systems.

•       Build wide and effective networks of contacts, communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:

•       To succeed and thrive in this position, you need to have around 3-5 years of work experience in indirect sourcing field and eager to learn

•       Preferably you have understanding as on how to manage and deliver cross-country/cross-divisional sourcing

•       You also have negotiation skills as well as the ability to proactively lead, collaborate, influence and motivate stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues

•       We highly value your personality and believe you are positive, service-minded, self-motivated and result-oriented

•       You are good in maintaining relations with clients and vendors, have analytical thinking and can present complex data to stakeholders in a business context, as well as eager to learn and aim for continuous competence growth

•       Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Management or Law

•       Your working language will be English.
