You will be a part of the HR team in Sweden that consists of five people working close to the business and in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Our headquarters are located in Uppsala, but we also have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Toronto, and Athens. 

Who you are
You are driven, results oriented and know how to handle a high volume of work. You are good at prioritizing and structuring your work but at the same time flexible when new things come up.

Since this is a position with a lot of contact with both candidates and managers it’s important to have great communication and networking skills and be comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers. And of course be a good judge of character and be passionate about providing a good candidate experience for everyone in order to maintain a strong Employer Brand.

What you will do
As our recuriter you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process and work closely with our managers at our offices in Sweden.  You will also support offices in Athens and Toronto. In this role, you will source and recruit a broad set of roles including specialists and leaders. You will participate and lead recruitment-related projects and actively work on structuring and improving internal processes.

You will work in both Stockholm and Uppsala. 


  • Minimum 2 years with candidate search and recruitment
  • University education (for example IT, Economics, Business Administration, HR)
  • Very good written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT-recruitment
  • Experience working at a similar company (high growth, e-commerce, flexible environment) or recruitment agency with similar clients.
