Axis is on a journey when moving from a product centric company to also being a solutions and services led company. This journey is about how we best capture ongoing value from our customers and partners.

During 2017 we started several services initiatives and going forward we have decided to create a dedicated service organization that we will call the Servitization unit.

The servitization organization will be responsible for the servitization roadmap, governance and strategy within Axis as well as knowledge and global platforms to fulfill the servitization roadmap. The initial focus will be on subscription, hosted and financial services. The man task is to make sure that Axis and our business partners benefit not only from onetime purchases, but also from a recurring subscription business.


You will be responsible for all strategy, planning and execution related to the monetization of services. This role will also help provide valuable insights into subscription services design and monetization feature development. Your main tasks will be

  • Develop the right monetization techniques and tools for the companys products and services
  • Establish monetization governance and processes
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis tools to improve existing monetization methods
  • Develop tools and methods for accurately assessing customer Willingness-To-Pay
  • Daily collaboration with multiple interfaces and departments in-house
  • Evaluation and prioritization of monetization initiatives touching multiple departments


We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Since the role includes a lot of teamwork you will benefit from having the ability to influence many different stakeholders. It is also a great asset if have the skills to manage people using motivation and communication.

  • Successful candidates could come from a variety of disciplines such as strategy, marketing, pricing or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience of monetization, pricing & packaging in a subscription services business
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical competencies with a focus on consumer behaviour in digital services
  • Self-motivated, go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively
  • Ability to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Substantial experience in financial modelling and complex data analysis
  • Successful experience managing stakeholders across the organisation and influencing without formal authority
  • Relevant experiences: Pricing & Packaging strategy, Testing & Optimization, Business Consulting, Marketing planning. Marketing/Analytics
  • Relevant experience in monetization of premium plans.
  • Ability to put together a solid business case with financial ROI estimates
  • Fast learner and team player
