Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) is part of one of the world's largest company groups and one of the world's largest suppliers of material handling solutions, both within forklifts and related products and services. TMHE has a total of approximately 14000 employees in about thirty sales companies, as well as in development and manufacturing units in Sweden, Italy and France. The head office is in Mjölby, where smart solutions for material handling and unique trucks are developed and produced.
The TMHE Business Systems management team is an international team supporting a variety of applications. We are responsible for all IS applications used within the different processes in TMHE. This includes our current ERP system M3 as well as a variety of other applications used by our sales companies and distributors in Europe. We are organized in teams to support the different business areas.
As our new team member, you will share our responsibility in coordinating and organizing the maintenance of our appointed applications. Focus will be on working with our Intranet and Extranet but possibly also our External Web. This includes, for example, application support for users throughout Europe, plan application upgrades and handle requested application changes, including testing of delivered new functionality. The role also includes responsibility of training sessions, for our users across Europe.
Within your role you will also be part of project teams in which you will be working together with members from other processes within the IS department but also from the business side. The role involves the ability to understand the business processes and translating them into requirements for our IT-applications as well as addressing this internally or to our selected partners. You will be part of a global organization and support our key stakeholders in Europe.
- Academic background focusing on Information Technology but relevant working experience is of equal value
- Experience of working with Sharepoint and Microsoft 365
- Previous experience in the area of User Adoption is meriting
- Great interest in working with application support including user support, troubleshooting, testing and coordination
- Ability to work in a pro-active and flexible way, both in teams and independently
- Well-organized, communicative and excellent knowledge in spoken as well as written English
- Prepared to do some travel
