As a result of Axis business growth and expansion from products to solutions and services, Global Servitization Organisation has been created and we are recruiting one more team member now to work on maximisation of the value of Axis products & solutions. The servitization organization is responsible for the commercial know-how and competence around the monetization models for the company's products, solutions and technology. It is also responsible for ensuring that we have the global platforms and processes, necessary for us to develop and sell the new services.

As Service Development Manager, you will play an important role in the development facilitation and implementation of a wide range of new service offerings within the company. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Services you will be responsible for the identification of new service business opportunities as well as the conceptualization and commercialization of new service initiatives under development. You will also drive further the successful and timely execution of agreed upon programs and projects.

We believe you are someone who has a strong commercial program or project management experience in a global company. Also, you have gained relevant experience with the commercialization of service project management and/or have a service design background.

To be successful and to enjoy your role long term, you are one who is motivated by the responsibilities (not limited to the list):

  • To manage multiple complex commercial projects starting from developing a detailed plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources and deliverables associated with defined objectives and build partner relationships with internal stakeholders to develop a minimum commercial market entry for new service initiatives.
  • To drive a pipeline of new services and enabling the commercial sales and business development organisation to sell services.
  • Ensure that an effective risk escalation process is established and that barriers to effective project execution are identified and addressed.
  • Know how to identify, communicate and support training need and it is natural for you to provide leadership to drive continuous improvements for processes and related operations.
  • Take responsibility for developing strong cross departmental relationships, the manifestation of which is to be looked at as a trusted advisor: build trust, credibility and commitment.

 The role is based in our Lund Office but ad hoc travel may be necessary.
