My client, a multinational food and furniture retailer and one of the world's best known brands is seeking to hire an experienced Service / Support Manager to replace the current ESM tool with SNOW and transition ITSM frameworks.
Replace current ESM tool with SNOW Transition ITSM frameworks Define and implement new Service Level Management practice Conduct workshops with stakeholders
6+ years in Service Level Management Previous experience with SNOW is essential Experience implementing ITSM in an enterprise environment focused on DevOps and Automation ITIL certified
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large expanding business on a daily rate contract basis.
