Working as a Business Developer within Technology and participating in SEB’s International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.
In your role at Delivery Office, within the Technology division, you will contribute to the development of agile and cross-functional processes for the product development portfolio at SEB. You will belong to a small and highly experienced professional team and gain a broad and holistic perspective of the SEB Group. YOUR TRAINEE POSITION AND YOUR TEAM
Delivery Office work cross-functionally over the divisions at SEB to support product and IT in securing deliveries regarding products and offerings to customers and users. The main focus for Delivery Office is to secure cross SEB planning, execution and follow-up of value deliveries and to facilitate for stakeholders to meet SEB´s prioritization of projects at the time. You will have numerous contacts with internal stakeholders at different levels, and co-work in a fast-paced environment with the goal to optimize flow of value deliveries to SEB customers and users. You will belong to a great team of four experienced colleagues in Stockholm.
More specifically this means leading quarterly and weekly meetings with Chief Product Owners and Chief Scrum Masters, visualizing deliveries, compiling analyses and report on planned and made deliveries. For example, time-to-market and value delivered in SEB digital channels. Your leadership skills will come-in-handy in several occasions especially in the context of leading meetings and workshops. Reporting to various management groups within the bank is also an ongoing work task. In the agile delivery structure, a significant part will be to further develop data driven automatization of workflows and find ways to visualize to stakeholders. In your role you will acquire unique knowledge from experts and networks throughout SEB.

YOUR REQUIRED SKILLS

We are looking for you who:
- Have an academic degree in Engineering or Economics, preferably within Engineering
- Have graduated before programme start or within the last five years
- It is meritorious if you have some work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
It is a plus if you have experience leading projects, working with customer service or other service areas and studying or working abroad.
To succeed in this position, you have an analytical mindset, great communication and leadership skills as you are at the very core of planning and coordinating and will have a lot of touchpoints throughout the SEB Group. You also have an innovative approach in everything you do with a structured way of working and excellent problem-solving skills.
