What is your assignment?

As a Sales Manager you will make an important contribution to achieving this ambition. Your assignment is to help guide our customers through "The Boon Edam Experience" by creating a high performing, well-motivated and professional Sales Team, living by our core values of being Dedicated, Driven and Respectful. You will take the organization to the next level both towards our customers as well as within the team.

The expectations after one year in this role is that you will have led the Swedish sales organization towards achieving their financial targets, developed a strong organisational structure, and fostered a sustainable successful way of working. For our customers you are the public face of Boon Edam in Sweden. You build strong partnerships for the future! You improve the stability within the sales team. After the first year, the improvements in one-way-of-working within the sales should be visible and the targets set should be accomplished.

You will increase the customer awareness by providing entrance solutions and services, which adds value to the customers own business.

How will you approach it?
In this role, you are responsible for part of the P&L in Sweden. You will develop both the strategic and operational vision of the Sales department. Your proactive approach will be crucial to facilitate the further growth of Boon Edam Sweden. Together - with 8 direct reports - you will deliver a revenue increase all revenue streams.

With your inspiring style of leadership everyone will continue to exceed their expectations and improve their performance, whilst creating more efficient internal processes. You are a motivational leader for your colleagues, who are willing to go the extra mile for you. You will bring further structure and consistency to the team and together you strive for the same goal. You also ensure optimal cooperation between the different teams within the organization.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in using relevant KPI's to produce realistic budgets and forecasts, delivering accurate and timely reports, and employing SMART plans.

The office is in the Stockholm-region and you will report directly to the Managing Director of Boon Edam Sweden.

What do you have to offer?
What you bring to the table on a business level:
• A proven track record of sales increase and success
• Experience within a senior role of leading and support larger sale
• A broad and deep knowledge of construction or industrial sector is preferred
• Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge at an experienced level
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Preferably a working knowledge of SAP
