Sales Manager Nordics to Italian pharma company based in Kista!

Your new role
On the behalf of our client Recordati, Hays is seeking a Sales Manager Nordics to join their team in Kista, Stockholm. This is for a brand new team and you will be part of growing the organisation in the Nordic region. You will report directly to the General Manager Specialty & Primary Care Nordics, based out of the Stockholm office.

The Sales Manager Nordics will lead and coach the Nordic KAM-team of 9, spread across the Nordic region. You will develop annual national action plans showing both sales growth and how the sales budget will be reached. You will be responsible for monitor performance of sales team, customer targeting, operational field force planning, build partnership with key customers, track sales growth (KPIs).

The main focus to start with will be on the upcoming launch of Reagila (September 2018) as well as driving sales of Casen Recordati Gastro portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You have a university degree requiring three to four years of study and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You have relevant up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards as you will ensure all sales activities are compliance.

You have leadership experience with coaching sales teams, tracking performance and follow up on KPIs. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to build strong and valuable relationships. Further you have the experience of taking lead, work independently and drive projects forward. The business language is English. You are fluent in Swedish, or any of the other Nordic languages.
