Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks including Toyota, BT and Raymond brands on the international markets covering Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa. Our network consists of six Toyota companies and more than 70 independent distributors. Our markets have potential for continued strong growth and we need to expand our team to support our ambitions by recruiting a Sales Analyst.
Your core responsibilities are to make sure that our sales are thoroughly followed up and properly analyzed. This will include:
- Sales Reporting - update and develop reports for THMI sales department
- Sales Analysis
- Pricing - Pricelist maintenance, pricing analysis etc.
- Discount Structure Management
- Product planning and forecasting
- Annual Sales Plan
- Adhoc Reports
- Margin analysis
In the role of Sales Analyst, you will be an important support to the business by producing analytical and fact-based material that contribute to achieving the overall goals. As a Sales Analyst, you work in the borderland between the commercial business and IT where you have an important role in understanding and uniting the two parts. Your role is to explain large amounts of customer data, and in collaboration with your colleagues you contribute to drive the business forward.
You have a relevant background and have a passion for numbers. As a person, you are pro-active, flexible, driven and structured. You also need to have good analytical and problem-solving skills. You are used to work independently but also as a team player and you can accommodate cultural differences within working relationships. You need to have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, to develop and analyse statistical data. You communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally. Additional language skills in Spanish or another language is an advantage.
