We are looking for you with sales experience who wants to drive and develop the company's rapid expansion in the international market.
You are responsible for driving and developing Serstech sales in your region. You identify, evaluate and negotiate with existing and new business partners who have relevant local connections and contact networks - important for success with ongoing international expansion. By taking advantage of market opportunities, building trust and close relationships with customers and partners, you drive sales development forward. You will have responsibility for sales and profitability in your market and you will need to be comfortable with different cultures and adapt the message to fit different verticals.
You have a well-developed business sense, are outgoing and preferably also have experience in technical sales in an international environment. You are a person who actively look for and seize opportunities, drive business development and perhaps you have run your own company in the past. You have experience from negotiation the details of partnership agreements and understand how profitability is created. You have the ability to create long-term value and understand business development as well as how to build, maintain and develop partner networks. Experience of the security business is an advantage.
Travel days are about 50-100 / year, so it is important that you see traveling as an exciting opportunity and that it works with your private situation.
We are looking for people with sales responsibility for the Americas and EMEA regions. To communicate without problems in English in speech and writing is necessary. It is an advantage if you speak more languages. We do not require any knowledge of the Swedish language.
