Description

We are growing our team and we are looking for a new team member. A recruitment consultant's most important responsibilities are:

  • Seeking, approaching and building up client and business relations
  • Recommending and selling recruitment solutions to clients, taking due account of their needs
  • Active development of your customer portfolio consisting of both new and existing customers
  • Having discussions with clients and candidates from Account Managers to C-Level
  • After-sales with clients and placed candidates
  • Fulfilling agreements made with clients, candidates and colleagues

Profile

As a current leader in the recruitment market where are dealing with global clients across all sectors e.g. FMCG, Paper & Pulp, Automotive, Manufacturing etc. and have a growing customer base, we are looking for a team member to join our team. We believe that you have the following skillsets:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • 3+ years commercial experience dealing with large customers and key accounts
  • Experience in business development in B2B is essential
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working with business decision makers is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • If you have worked in recruitment, we will see it as a plus but not a necessity
