You will build and maintain pools of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong talent pipeline. To ensure successful recruitments, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers while building knowledge of the market, and through external benchmarking you will be up to date with recent trends in the recruitment services industry and updated on the labour market.
You will comply to and stay updated with our corporate code of conduct, related policies and current legislation in order to ensure that all recruitments follow ethical aspects and discrimination legislations, as well as securing the Powertrain Engineering Sweden culture and employer brand value.
Through strong cooperation, you will be a key player within areas such as Employer Branding, Succession Management and Assessment to ensure a unified and excellent external branding and candidate experience of Powertrain Engineering Sweden. You will take an active part in our Consultant Management process in order to have a complete picture of our manning needs.
You participate in recruiting networks and share best practices internally in order to continuously evolve Powertrain Engineering recruitment processes.
We believe that, for being successful in this role, you need a University degree in HR, or equivalent. We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment/search, preferably in one of the following areas: IT, software development, leadership or engineering.
You have a documented track record of successful recruitments. We are interested of your experience how to successful proactive search for new talents. We also see experience of recruitment tools and certifications in several assessment tools as qualifying. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written. You need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills.
We are looking for a person who is passionate and engaged. You have to be able to prioritize among several tasks to meet deadlines as well as to deliver high performance under pressure while handling stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates. Last but not least we expect you to be very business and performance driven and be productive and efficient in a team environment.
