In this position you will assist the project manager UDI (Unique Device Identification) and PLM in managing resources, project related information and a diversity of project activities. Some project related tasks will convert to line management and process ownership within UDI. There can also be project coordinator activities for other projects managed by Mölnlycke Operations.

Your role: • Perform project administrative work such as maintaining and monitoring project plans, minutes of meetings, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures and other project documentation activities. • Organizing, attending and participating actively in stakeholder and governance meetings. • Ensure that stakeholders views are taken into consideration in the project. • Documenting and following-up on actions and decisions from meetings. • Ensuring project deadlines are met. • Undertaking project tasks as required. • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. • Develop and host trainings.About you To be successful you must have the ability to adapt to constraints imposed by projects and operations (deadlines, urgencies, etc.). You have a willingness to improve and adapt to new tasks and situations. Working well both independently and as part of a team is necessary and you have an excellent ability to manage a diversity of stakeholders. You are used to perform with high quality within deadlines.
Qualifications: • University degree • Practical experience of being a project participant. Experience in project administration/coordination would be considered an advantage. • Basic knowledge of either UDI or PLM would be a merit. • Understanding of healthcare/medical device industry is a plus but not mandatory. • Good team-working skills and communication skills (both orally and written).About Mölnlycke Mölnlycke is a world-leading medical solutions company.
