3 Month Contract Role
A international client in Sweden is looking for a Product Specialist/ Manager.
Provide the countries with expert knowledge and guidance before, during and after the expansion initiatives. Taking lead for the digital design and implementation of the formats for new establishments. Work with products, technology and platform teams across the whole landscape to enable entrepreneurship and solve the pain-points Plan and organize the assigned product(s) together with the Product Owner. Own the full end-to-end digital perspective on how to best set up new establishments for the format(s), in collaboration with the countries, in a cost-efficient and simple way Lead the creation of standard design templates for the format(s) together with the team Build strong relationships with other involved stakeholders within, and outside, Group Digital for new establishments Identify customer needs and apply the resulting insights to deliver successful outcomes for customers Lead the work to align with cross functional teams across domains to ensure maximum value to new establishments Contribute to a high performing team, with a lean agile mindset Document learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring knowledge to the team(s)
Have you 3 years experience Deep knowledge of product thinking to take a full end-to-end perspective, and act on what adds customer value Deep knowledge of either retail and/or fulfilment solutions (for both automated and non-automated warehouses) Deep knowledge in how to enable entrepreneurship while working with multiple partners in various organizations and countries. Experience from leading projects and activities. Understanding of the digital landscape Knowledge of corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people Good knowledge of best practices in building agile and outcome oriented ways of working Good knowledge in how to develop a successful end-to-end perspective and work with cross functional teams. Good understanding of the Retail business Up-to-date with market trends and best practice within the relevant business process
