We are looking for a Product Owner, Pension & Insurance to drive a newly started development team focusing on Pension & Insurance.   

The Product Owner is responsible for the overall customer and co-worker journeys (end-to-end). The Product Owner shall, in close cooperation with the Commercial Managers, Product Managers, Process owners, UX, Business analyst, technology and other stakeholders realise cost efficiency and automation consistent with the current business strategy for the client segments and aspirational targets in the Corporate & Private Customers division (C&PC) as well as in the Private Wealth Management & Family Office division (PWM&FO).

You shall create and implement a data driven roadmap into inspirational processes based on prioritised business cases and epics/features. You will work accordingly to agile way of working (SEB LeAF methodology). To secure our competitive offering, you will conduct market intelligence by continuously gathering insights and news related to the customer and co-worker journeys e.g., partner integration , digital onboarding, manage my pension & insurance investments, added functionalities, regulatory etc. and drive business opportunities. You shall take in consideration compliance, legal and other risks relevant to customers and distribution (e.g., process end-to-end, data reporting).

You will be working with a newly created team with highly skilled colleagues and work closely with Tech, C&PC, PWM&FO, PFAB and have Insurance C&PC as main stakeholder. In this role you will be reporting to Head of Product Management, Jenny Tjelander. 

Competence within pension, insurance, distribution, leadership and regulatory are a must as well as an experience in IT development. To be successful in this position, you are a true team player with a lot of energy, love being at the very forefront of tomorrows customers’ needs regarding insurance offering for both internal users as well as end customers. Being able to persistently drive improvement in a self-sustained way for your value stream and surrounding teams. You are comfortable prioritising and making important decisions in a high-speed environment, and it is vital that you hold a deep knowledge and understand the financial market and it´s components. 

Maybe most importantly, you possess an ability to get things done with a passion to create results and make a difference for our customers and internal users. 

You take ownership, responsibility and are a natural leader and a great communicator. You are fluent communicator both in Swedish and English, mainly written. You also have a relevant academic degree. We believe you have 5+ years of work experience and previous experience from working with insurance and/or business development in an agile setting. Swedsec license are demanded.
