Product Manager Nordics to Italian pharma company based in Kista!

Your new role
On the behalf of our client Recordati, Hays is seeking a Product Manager Nordics to join their team in Kista, Stockholm. This is for a brand new team and you will be part of growing the organisation in the Nordic region. You will report directly to the General Manager Nordics & Baltics who is based in the Stockholm office.

The Product Manager Nordics will support development of Brand Strategies and drive implementation in accordance with corporate brand guidelines (adapted to national market requirements). You will prepare brand related tools for the sales organization to be used in interaction with customers as well as being responsible for the development of operational marketing tools.

The main focus to start with will be on the launch of Reagila in September 2018 and continued development and sales for their product Recordati Gastro portfolio. You will be responsible for market analysis, forecasting, compliance and input to the brand plan. Further you will be building and maintaining the good relationships with key opinion leaders, patient associations and healthcare organisations, to ensure monitoring of potential performance improvement in the field.

What you'll need to succeed
You have a relevant degree and minimum of 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You have relevant up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to build strong and valuable relationships with relevant external key stakeholders and organisations. Further you have the experience of taking lead, work independently and drive projects forward. The business language is English. Speaking Swedish is an advantage, as well as any of the other Nordic languages in addition.
