Job Summary
We are looking for a Master Data driver who will be the gatekeeper, the cross-functional coordinator and the driver to implement systems & tools. The domain is Packaging Capital Equipment, Supply Chain and Planning and your mission is simple yet hard to accomplish: Ensure timely and quality Master Data to increase efficiency in the Order Fulfilment Process!
In this role you are a part of Supply Planning team which is setting the cadence for internal and external Manufacturing operations, where customer demand meets supply. We are passionate, committed, and supportive and both the team and our stakeholders are global.
We are in a fast-changing environment and a structured and forward-looking approach on Master Data is recognized as fundamental in ongoing transformations. As Master Data Driver you are a key player in this journey and you bring the voice of the wider Demand & Supply organisation to ensure effectiveness in the future ways of working and contribute in designing sustainable and efficient processes.
You are independent and self-motivated but get energy from daily interactions with the team and external stakeholders. To fulfil our ambitious goals you also have the ability to find mutual gains across organisational boundaries.
This position is based either in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. Some travelling will be required.
What you will do
- Continuously increase Master Data awareness and quality
- Drive adoption of master data processes and tools
- Improve workflows and clarify Roles & Responsibilities related to existing and future Master Data
- Support and develop an integrated Product Development and Master Data Implementation Process
- Coordinate, monitor and follow-up master data workflows for Packaging Capital Equipment Supply Chains
- Solve both business-critical short-term issues and engage in long term change management activities
- Contribute to Process and Master Data collaboration networks to secure effective master data management and efficient interfaces
We believe you have
- In depth knowledge of SAP ECC and hands-on experience from working with ERP/MRP, preferably cross-functionally within Planning, Production, Purchasing and Sales
- Knowledge of how master data supports and enables operational processes
- Super User experience for MDM tools (SAP, MDG, Bizagi or similar)
- A University degree
- SAP IBP experience would be a nice-to-have but not required
- You are driven, structured and work to continuously improve and you strive for excellence in small and big things. You are a network builder and use your network to move forward and solve complex problems. You find it easy to work in a multicultural environment and you have a proven ability to motivate and explain the why to get people committed across functions.
- To be successful in the position you should be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
