Operations Technician (Migration and support)
I am currently working with a Microsoft Gold partner based in Stockholm, Sweden. The focus of the company is providing Cloud based solutions to end users and service providers with various different industries and verticals.
With a wide range of clients of all sizes they offer large, complex solutions for businesses to make their digital transformation into the world of Cloud through the use of O365 and Microsoft Azure.
This role in particular plays a vital part in the migration project line where you will help in the hands on implementation of Cloud solutions into client environments. The majority of solutions you will work on will revolve heavily around O365 with involvement in Azure services as well. As such we are looking for individuals with experience within migration projects on a large scale.
Also, this position works on the support of these environments after deployment where you will help to support user issues on a tier 3 level. This means that the position is highly technical and requires extremely strong exposure to troubleshooting and fixing various issues across the Microsoft stack.
