Hays is recruiting a Market Access Manager for our client Gilead Sciences. This is a long-term consultancy assignment during which you will be employed by Hays as a consultant at Gilead Sciences.

With more than 60 employees, Gilead Sciences Nordic has its main office in Stockholm and is responsible for the company's products in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. The Market Access team consists of six people based in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen.

Your new role
The job requirements for the position as Market Access Manager, may be summarized as (detailed work tasks are specified below):

 Reporting to the Director Market Access and Reimbursement, the Market Access Manager will work broadly to secure and maintain market access for the product portfolio in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.

 Will perform all tasks related to market access across therapeutic areas, in particular:
o Market access strategy,
o Reimbursement dossier preparation,
o Value story and tool development,
o Cost-effectiveness and budget impact analysis,
o Tender management, o Pricing,
o Payer and other key stakeholder management,
o Study design and data collection,
o Health care policy.

 May manage cross-functional teams and work groups.
 Will work closely with external consultants, international HQ and other affiliates.
 May receive occasional directions from manager to perform non-routine job responsibilities and duties.

Detailed work tasks
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

 Helps develop and implement the Nordic Market Access, Reimbursement and Tender strategy across therapeutic areas,
 Develops and manages reimbursement dossiers for national payers across the region,
 Manages and develops payer and other key stakeholder relations,
 Develops and implements tactics to drive formulary placement where applicable.
