The role and key responsibilities
Being a part of the Nordic Legal team, you will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external clients in order to help provide innovative legal solutions for the Capgemini business in the Nordics.

Your key responsibility is to be the legal department´s subject matter expert on data protection and information security related issues and apply your in-depth knowledge with the aim of supporting the organization in doing business.

You will, together with the DPO, support the legal work with regards to data protection and information security related issues on all phases of deals, ranging from the proposal/bid review stages through contract negotiations and post signature issues for the provision of IT, outsourcing and consultancy services. In addition, you are to the extent necessary, to liaise with business stakeholders and our external lawyers.

You will, beside your focus area support a wide variety of commercial issues and transactions, ad hoc legal issues and implementation of company policies, guidelines, new regulations and laws.

Who are you?
You have a university degree in law and relevant and thorough knowledge of data privacy regulations including in-depth knowledge of GDPR and preferably you have relevant working experience of dealing with data protection and privacy issues on a Nordic basis and for international organizations. Knowledge of and interest in information technology, systems and infrastructure are preferred but not a requirement.

You are structured with organizational skills, and you have integrity, professional ethics and sound judgement in managing risks with a business pragmatic view. You know how to communicate effectively with both the highest levels of management and decision-making individuals within the organization, as well as with other levels and build professional relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders. You have good training and presentation skills and you are fluent in English and Swedish.
