What’s fun about the job? For starters – You will take part of setting up the support organization and be a member of the implementation team where you will support, train and enhance the usage of the processes and tools. When we are up and running you will be a major stakeholder and play a key role in the development of the processes and related tools.
As an Operational Process Manager, you will be a part of a team supporting Service Managers and Service Owners throughout the organization. Together with the team you will take ownership of larger escalations as well as work on simplify and automate our ITIL processes. In the role you will get the opportunity to work with different processes, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge as well as Configuration and Portfolio management. You will work closely with Process Owner on improvements on the processes and related tools. When needed you will provide training on the processes and related tools.
Initial work location in Sweden; Sandviken.
This role requires solid experience and knowledge of ITIL operations and system implementations supported with a degree in Information Technology or other relevant education or work experience. You also have a good technical knowledge of IT solutions such as ITSM platform, preferably ServiceNow. You need to have experience of service management and the ITIL framework. Experience of working with outsourced deliveries and service partners is advantageous.
We put great emphasis on your personal skills. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to communicate within a large organization and with international stakeholders.
You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset; you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures.
