I'm looking for an experienced HR Business Manager to join our Human Resources team and take responsibility for our Sales, IT and Marketing functions.

What you will do as HR Business Manager?
In partnership with the business leaders, you will be the driver of the HR strategy needed for the functions. Working with HR within a growth company it often means being good at carrying several hats at the same time. One of the strategic partner, another of a change agent as well as the one of the functional expert.
You will have a fun and exciting everyday life at Axis. You are the key enabler to drive and develop capabilities, people, engagement, and an inclusive culture. The team of yourself and one HRBP reporting to you, will cover the responsibilities of all the areas of the employee lifecycles from onboarding to exit interviews, salary reviews and performance development, leader coaching and core values workshops. However, the good thing is that you are not alone, the HR organization in Lund, HR specialists and HR operations, will work together with you to deliver the best possible employee experience for your areas.
You are part of different management teams, where your role is to take mutual responsibility for the delivery of the functional strategy and goals and to support with your HR perspectives of how to prioritize, develop and change. This part of the role will among others cover organizational development, workforce planning and forecasting.
Who are we looking for/How are you?
We are looking for an experienced, positive and organized person with a strong will to succeed. You have a passion for HR and the business and are a true team player, have courage when needed and a coaching approach. You succeed in the role by building relationships and influencing key stakeholders with your excellent listening and communication skills.
In addition to above we believe that you have:
- Several years' experience from HR management in a fast-growing company, preferably in an international environment
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience in leading a team
- Hands on experience from all areas of HR work; e.g. recruitment, career development, organizational development, labor law, exits as well as from establishing and maintaining a formal HR structure in the organization
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
