The HR department supports business leaders, line management and employees in all people & organizations matters to ensure business success and job satisfaction. You will be part of a team of the company's Lift trucks HR Team, and will report to the HR Manager in Markaryd, Sweden.

This is a consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as consultant for our client full time, during approximately 12 months.

Arbetsuppgifter

• Deliver a superior and professional HR support, communication and guidance in line with Global, Regional and local policies and procedures.
• Advice and support managers in areas of policies, processes and Swedish employment law Consult with local managers on people matters and all activities associated with their employees during employment - for example onboarding, transfers, promotions, sick-leave, and performance management.
• Consult with all levels of employees on HR related matters.
• Support in the local implementation of HR projects, talent development, health & safety etc.
• Coordinate local HR activities with Lift Truck HR manager and HR expertise teams such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and HR Shared Services.
• Supporting improvement processes in the current HR activities, with the scope to be efficient and strongly customer oriented.

Kandidatprofil

Vi söker dig som

• University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant position.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Positive person who enjoys working in a changing environment.
• Good communication skills.
