We are now looking for a Head of Sales – Europe and Middle East placed at our head office in Kista who wants to be part of our journey towards becoming the world’s leading supplier of lithium battery solutions. About the position
To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This role you will work closely with many colleagues within the Incell group and will be responsible for growing our revenue profitably within Europe and Middle East based on the business plan.
As Head of Sales - Europe and Middle East you are directly responsible for one or more key customers and manage the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle in cooperation with other departments. You will present and sell in power products and solutions including related logistics and other service offerings, matching the needs. You will plan, organize, direct and control sales activities to meet set objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching EME sales team.

As a person you enjoy a fast-moving corporate environment and you are a enthusiastic and outgoing person with high internal structure and drive. You can work in a structured and organized way and have good cooperation and communication skills.
