The Project Management organization (PMO) at AGA is playing a big part in this organizational transformation and further to that we are now looking for our new Head of PMO with the ability to influence AGA's change journey and future.

Job Description
As Head of PMO you are responsible for the entire performance improvement program at AGA. Together with the management team, you and your team develops and owns the tactical and strategic project portfolio to ensure a constant performance improvement in the region REN (Linde Region Europe North). While the program management responsibility is fully under the PMO organization most of the projects are managed and run within the functions. The PMO should encourage collaboration between project professionals and functional departments. Your team is the source of idea generation; a think tank and strategic change drives in the organization, bringing new projects and taking a big part in the future of the business in REN.

As a leader of the PMO you create a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities. You are an inspirational leader and mentor for your project managers and other project team members; the central source of project management knowledge, methodology and best practice. In the position you have the mandate to influence the organization, create something new and the opportunity to make your mark on the future of the company.

Furthermore, as Head of PMO you collaborate with other PMO organizations and countries when projects reach outside of REN. Your role therefore include growing networks and cooperation with contacts globally at Linde Group. The position involves some travels in the region.

Qualifications & Skills
Your background includes an university degree within engineering/economics or similar, along with 10+ years of business experience (Industry and Consultant) and 5+ years of project management experience. To be successful in this role you also need to be an inspirational leader who is able to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion. Furthermore, you have proven experience in program management and a high level of understanding of business processes and strategic management. Your expertise include running high profile cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving structural change either in supply or in commercial.

In addition, you have strong people and intercultural skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels. You have a high level of drive, resilience and authenticity in your working-style. Moreover, you have an ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, solve problems and create results. You are analytical and creative with an ability to identify new areas of improvement as well as to steer within a matrix environment toward a common goal with enthusiasm. It is essential that you are a source of trust in the organization and demonstrate integrity and decisiveness while working cooperatively with others. Fluency in English is a must and Swedish is favourable.
