On behalf of EasyPark I am currently looking for a Group Communication and Content Manager with a commercial mindset.

But what EasyPark does, doesn't stop there. On a larger scale, their technology helps businesses, operators and cities with parking administration, planning and management. What they actually do is make urban life easier - one parking spot at a time. Additionally the company has implemented a variety of initiatives to achieve the goals as being environmental and socially sustainable



This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has great passion for making cities more livable from mobility perspective, translating the brand vision, business opportunities into news worthy and eye catching creative content that fuels our PR, PA, Social Media and corporate communication channels.
You will join a company moving forward at a rapid rate and be part of a very entrepreneurial environment. You are an expert who can successfully assist in advancing the fame of the EasyPark brand towards desired positioning in all markets whilst collaboration with local PR agency network. You will be responsible for the selection, management and termination of them. This role reports into the Head of Marketing and is based in their office in Stockholm.


-Create and execute global PR & social media strategy, concepts and plans

-Leading the process of translating brand strategy to overall content strategy linking it to business objectives

- Leading the internal creative task force to influence the direction and effectiveness of internal creative processes and initiatives

-Managing and leading the media monitoring strategy, identifying and working with communication goals and KPI:s in order to follow up on initiatives and analyse the results

-Write and distribute high-quality releases to press and social media

-Maintain the social media content calendar ensuring all marketing campaigns are supported through appropriate social distribution channels

-Execute PR and social media outreach to target audiences through strategic communications plans, media pitching, press releases, strategic social media content and online engagement

-Management of PR agency network's editorial outreach calendar, relationships with reporters, monitor for media opportunities, create and update media lists, address incoming media inquiries and coordinate response

-Help ensure that media opportunities are in line with business priorities and key messages for each business

-Lead and manage global PR network from each EasyPark market in terms of coaching, tracking & reporting and relationship/contract management

-Develop compelling stories about EasyPark while being responsive to media happenings

-Leading and managing corporate communication including

-Budget and control responsibility on group level for PR, Social Media and content

Job Offer

- At least 5 years' experience in developing concept and driving execution of successful and engaging social media campaigns with objectives to increase brand awareness and improve brand attribution

- Degree with an emphasis on communication and several years of working experience, preferably from a media house, newspaper, PR agency or from an organization with a developed external communication/PR agenda

-Minimum years' professional broad PR experience with solid track-record, preferably with a mix experience in a B2C and B2B business

- Excellent command in English ( preferably native) fluency in any other languages of the markets where EasyPark operates is a plus

-Track record in building and utilizing world-class communication strategies to generate substantial business results and you have Strong writing and editing skills and high attention to detail

-A strong sense of intuition as a journalist to discover and turn internal facts/achievements into compelling external corporate PR stories

Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to maintain strong professional relationships with a range of professionals, freelances, and colleagues in person and by writing/phone

-Comfortable at working with executive management directly on country and group level

-Ability to manage budgeting, cost control and optimize investment across markets based on opportunity and strategic needs
