We give you the opportunity to lead our Global Sales Support efforts within the Flexible Automation Team and support our global sales teams. You will collaborate with colleagues and integrators, to ensure high quality solutions for specific customer needs, and clearly reflect the ESAB brand values. Responsibilities include marketing strategies and materials, as well as sales support for our global sales teams within ESAB.

You will coordinate with our product groups to support regional sales teams and identify sales opportunities within robotics solutions. You work closely with our Global Product Manager to develop our portfolio of automation welding products and coordinates with our Global Process Manager to ensure performance and commercial competitiveness of welding solutions.
Build and manage a group of sales people engaged regionally in robotic and mechanized product sales
Responsible for training and supporting the regional sales people, partnered integrators and robot OEMs
Support our regional sales team by actively communicating with them to help move projects along the sales process
Develop and maintain sales tools for robotic and mechanized welding
Contribute to Robotic and Mechanized welding product strategies, product roadmaps and development plans
You have the ability to communicate with engineering staff and sales teams to ensure best value for our customers. You have good presentation skills and used to lead and manage a team for future growth.
Experience in welding and robotics
Experienced in robotic welding systems and application development
Good technical knowledge of GMAW and GTAW processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to accommodate moderate business travel
You are a team player and have excellent social skills. You perform your work with integrity and handle change efficiently as well as contribute to new ideas.
