Job description

We continuously strive to improve ourselves by providing the best possible expertise to our clients and are now looking for a Project Manager to further strengthen our marketing department.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering marketing projects on a varying grade of scope and complexity within the organization. You will be part of our Project and Production team at Akind Marketing and in close collaboration with the team, Akind Marketing, and the client management teams. As we are currently developing the ways we work within our inhouse marketing department, your experience and input will be of great value to our continued development. As Project Manager, you are our expert, sharing your knowledge within the organization and identifying opportunities for improvement so that we may grow together with you.
Being part of our marketing department based in Stockholm, you will be working with several companies within the group whilst remaining close to the business. Our project and production team consists of knowledgeable people with a mix of experiences and competencies, working together towards the same goals and clients. Job duties
- Be responsible for marketing project delivery from start to end by defining and communicating the projects’ scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure that project deadlines and marketing campaign budgets are met and that the stakeholders in the team are well aligned on time plans and have the resources needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our companies, their products, and client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both the internal marketing department and external vendors.
- Perform risk management and scenario planning.
- Contributing to the development of the team as an expert in project management to both internal and external stakeholders
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience from working with marketing project management with different clients, scope and budgets
- Relevant education within Communication, Business & administration, Marketing Project Management or equivalent
- Experience from working with different stakeholders and several projects at the same time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
It is an advantage if you have previously worked at an agency, but most importantly with different stakeholders and types of projects with varying budgets. Recruitment process: The first step in the recruitment process is to apply with your CV or LinkedIn, no Cover Letter is necessary. If you fullfill the requirements for the position, you will then receive an email asking you to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV. If you proceed, the next step is a telephone interview and later on a behavioural descriptive interview with Lisette Lind, Talent Acquisition Manager and Lovisa Mellbin, Head of Project Management. For our final candidate there will be a final interview with Charlotte Holmlund, Chief Marketing Officer.
