Job description
As Global Key Account Manager within Fristads, your responsibility is to develop and increase our export market, and make sure that our distribution customers have a business partner to rely on and that helps them grow their and Fristads business. 

You will work closely together with many of your colleagues at the different departments, such as our Sales Organization, Sourcing and Planning and Logistics, Distributions Center in Sweden, and Marketing department.

Frequent visits at Head Office in Borås, Sweden is required. The role will also require travelling both within and outside Europe to meet our customers and at least +100 travelling days. We believe the right candidate lives close to an international airport in either Sweden, Norway or Denmark. You report to our Sales Director. 

You contribute with your skills from making international trade and your capability to build long term relationships whomever you meet. You will see a lot of the world in this role since you will be working for example in USA, Chile and Europe.

The Global Key Account Manager is a new position in Fristads AB and you will be very involved in shaping the role. We believe this important role is a mix between Sales Manager, Business Developer and Key Account Manager in which you are responsible for our distribution customers. Our goal is to increase our market position until 2025 and you play an important part in making sure we grow our markets together with our customers in a way that takes us there.

Your profile

  • Experience from sales for at least 5 years
  • Experience within the field of business development
  • Experience from working internationally with international trade
  • Skilled in calculating margins, tenders and sales negotiations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Furthermore, you are customer focused, business oriented, structured, communicative and have an excellent capacity to build and maintain good relations with others. It´s good if you have knowledge in or worked closely with colleagues within logistics, customs, and export. It is a plus if you have experience from Swedish working culture since our head office is in Sweden.
