French and Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative to Sedana Medical

Are you an exceptional service-minded and detail-oriented person who is interested in providing excellent customer service together with a sales team? Sedana Medical is expanding their Customer Service function with a Customer Service Representative to manage French and Spanish customer orders. For this position, you must be fluent in French and Spanish as you will be communicating with colleagues and customers in France and Spain on a regular basis.

Sedana Medical is a Swedish medical technology company founded in 2005. The company conducts research and development in Ireland and has its head office in Danderyd just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.

You will be a part of a dedicated Customer Service team at the head office in Danderyd.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the Customer Service team your key responsibilities will be to perform secured order deliveries to France and Spain according to customers' demands. You will also develop and maintain a good customer service level and secure administration of the company business system.

The role requires a high level of independence within the below described framework, such as;
•  Order registration for new and current customers.
•  Order handling including phone calls and emails to/from customers.
•  Interact with the logistic partner and ensure that issues linked to transportation and deliveries are resolved.
•  Manage and solve different customer matters, supporting our Country Managers and Sales teams in France and Spain.
•  In cooperation with the Finance department, secure that the right information is registered regarding for example correct contact information, incoterms, legal/customs requirements, and duties.
•  Customer care and support such as local reporting/update of all local customer and office files, sending brochures, technical and quality information.
•  Secure high level of customer satisfaction by regular customer contact.
•  Administrate customer accounts.
•  Update information in the CRM system.

You probably have a great track record working in a similar position and value the variation of customer service and high-quality administration. It’s a great advantage if you have previous experience working in a Customer support role. Most important is that you are fluent in French and Spanish and service-minded. If you have little experience in customer support, you will be given a proper introduction not only to Sedana Medical’s products but also to our customer service process.

WHO YOU ARE?
To be successful in this role you need to be an outgoing person, able to care for new as well as existing customers and support them in a professional way. You are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing and have the ability to connect with different types of people. You are results-driven, have an excellent sense of planning and sets a clear work structure for yourself on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in French and Spanish in both speaking and writing since all your communication will be with customers in France and Spain. The corporate language is English, and it is of great importance that you also are comfortable withthe English language. You are proficient in MS Office and have some experience from working in different business systems.

We value your personality, which will be very important to us. You are a customer-oriented person and a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and customers at a high pace. Your communicative ability and social skills have previously led to professional and long-lasting customer relationships.
