Randstad Technologies are now looking for a 1st line support for our client Mölnlycke Health Care.
As a 1st line support technician with our client you will work with end users in local as well as international Mölnlycke sites. You will work primarily with IT support as well as knowledge sharing with colleagues and end users. As French-speaking you will primarily support end-user in French but support in English will also be a part of your job. You could also occasionally be part of internal projects and participate in User Acceptance tests.
This is a long-term consultant assignment where you will be a part of an international team providing excellent service to end users all over Europe.

-Provide excellent 1st line support globally to end users according to Mölnlycke global policies,
-Proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the process areas of Incident, Request and Knowledge management.
-Actively participate in building and maintaining Knowledge base articles related to the end user support.
-Deliver support within the defined SLAs and take action whenever an SLA breach is imminent.
-Identify, suggest and provide end user training and knowledge.
-Participate in projects when needed.
-Participate in User Acceptance Tests when necessary
Full time, mon-fri 8-17, on site in Mölnlycke’s office in Gamlestan, 10 minutes from Gothenburg central station.
We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of 1st line IT support experience (Microsoft platform) and at least a high school education, preferably in IT.
You need to have knowledge in IT support processes, and if you have an ITIL foundation certificate or training, that is a plus.
