The Customer Engagement team at Zettle by PayPal goes above and beyond for their users, supporting them at all stages of their iZettle journey via phone, email, and live chat. We’re looking for several Customer Support Advisors to join them in Stockholm and help users in their Finnish market. As the friendly face of Zettle, you’ll inform merchants about what you have to offer and help them to set up their account in a way that’s tailored to their needs. You’ll also help them to grow and manage their business with the help of Zettle’s products – always in a timely and friendly manner. You’ll join a team of around 10 people, working together to support customers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
- Support small business users via phone, email and live chat
- Help the product developers in developing the products through your feedback from users
- Be proactive, flexible and innovative in your support to clients
Full time, permanent employment at Paypal with 6 months probationary employment.
Working hours: Monday – Friday in two shifts, 08.00-17.00 and 09.00-18.00.
For this position you need to:
- have a native level or business proficiency in Finnish
- be fluent in English, PayPal’s business language
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be customer oriented and take customer-centric to the next level: you’re passionate about creating smooth, easy and above all high-quality customer experiences that create aha moments.
You are professional, organized and proud of your attention to detail, you’re a real team player itching to succeed in a friendly, fast-paced environment. If you have an interest in sales or business, that is a plus.
