Randstad is working on behalf of a global company to find a Finance Manager for their head office in Zürich. This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a company that has functions around the world where you will have the overall responsibility of accounting and reporting in several markets. The role also includes proactively identifying projects to lead and also improving ongoing project processes. In this role you will be managing a team of 8-10 FTE where you lead and distribute the work in the group.
We are looking for you, who have an education from a top university in managerial finance / accounting or economics. You should have an accounting background or experience from auditing, preferably from Big4. Your CV is impressive with a proven track record in finance. You are fluent in English, both written and oral. We place great value if you are fluent in another language also.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have good leadership qualities and impressive planning and prioritization skills. You have 10-15 years of experience from a similar role and are thorough, structured and communicative. Your mindset is proactive and you have a flexible approach to change. The role will involve many external contacts such as banks, solicitors, auditors or tax preparers, therefore we place great value on you being team-oriented and social.
- Responsible for accounting and reporting

- Stand alone and consolidated financial statements
