About the company
LOGSTOR is a leading supplier of pre‐insulated pipe systems for energy‐efficient transportation of liquids and gases for district heating and cooling, marine and industrial purposes as well as oil and gas pipelines. Our systems consist of flexible and rigid pipes, joints, fittings and surveillance. Inventing the pre-insulated pipe technology more than 50 years ago, we have delivered more than 200,000 km of pre‐insulated pipes.

Company history

We are headquartered in Løgstør, Denmark with subsidiaries in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, UK and Switzerland as well as a network of agents and sales offices. Our seven production facilities are situated in Denmark, Poland, Sweden and Finland with supplementary mobile production units currently set up in Indonesia. LOGSTOR employs approximately 1,200 people.

Reporting and organizational structure
The Finance Manager will be part of the Powerpipe organization and local management team. LOGSTOR acquired Powerpipe Systems in 2017. LOGSTOR serves the Swedish market with the Powerpipe and LOGSTOR brand with separate organizations, but with close cooperation across the organization with central group functions (e.g. finance, legal, IT and HR) in LOGSTOR. In this role you will report directly to Group CFO based in Denmark. As Finance Manager for Powerpipe, you are based in Gothenburg.

The Finance Manager is responsible for effectively manage all financial responsibilities related to all reporting and controlling of internal and external accounting in the view of different business operations, whether to arranging and controlling accountancy activities, monitoring cost calculation and maintaining cost centre parameters. Further the Finance Manager will give the management advice within finance and compliance.

Your other responsibilities will among others include:

  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly and annual closures of accounts & Group reporting
  • Controlling of budgeting & forecasting processes
  • Managing cash flow and maintaining relationship with local banks
  • Controlling account receivables & developing collection processes
  • Communication with Authorized Public Accountant
  • Analysing and reporting of differences between Actual/Budget/Forecast/Last Year to management Team and to parental company
  • Risk & insurance management
  • Developing local ICT infrastructure within and towards group principles
  • Arranging payroll computation
  • Legal responsibilities, including taxation
  • Controlling customs procedures
  • Managing and developing local financial administration function


The ideal candidate preferably has min. 7-10 years of experience from an audit firm or a similar position in an international organization combined with a relevant Master´s degree. The ideal candidate is well organized and has solid communication and presentation skills and strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and conclusions. Since you will be part of an organization with different national cultures you will have to be fluent in English.
