As a Group Controller, you will be a central pillar of Group Business Control with an overarching responsibility for the review and analysis of the integrated Group result. You will get an important role as the main contact for the monthly group reporting, forecasting and HQ cost follow up.

Group Controller
Along with the monthly and quarterly reviews, continuous and evolving processes, and efficiency improvements, offer variety in your everyday tasks and challenges for personal growth. The Group Business Control team works closely with the Segment Finance teams across the globe to ensure consistency of business follow-up and to exchange and share best practices.

Group Business Control Organization
At organizational level Group Business Control is an integral part of the entire Group Finance function and collaborates across the finance functions. The Group Business Control team consists of 5 people, each having a clear responsibility to support different organizational units such as Group Operations, Product Development, HR, Sustainability, IT and HQ managers. Each of the controllers work closely with his or her functional counterpart providing analysis, ensuring data integrity across the board and acting as sounding board on finance related topics.

Main tasks as Group Controller:

• Monthly management report package and related (excel, ppt)
• Driver of Group Forecast process, instructions, validation and highlights
• HQ cost follow up and Forecast
• Main stakeholder in the digital transformation journey for reporting
• Aaro superuser and Go To Person
• Support head of Group Business Control with analysis and ad hoc reports
• Quarterly & Annually published reports financial information (Large Cap)
• Continuously improve the existing management reporting and processes to increase relevance, precision, and timeliness

Qualifications and work experience
The candidate we are looking for has an academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent and several years of experience in finance, controlling and/or business analysis, preferably in a global company covering global or Divisional finance function. Alternatively, you currently work as an auditor in a Big4 firm. The ability to handle large amounts of data in both Excel and BI tools is appreciated but above all, the willingness to build this capability will be key to your success in this role. Experience from deploying digital tools to automate and optimize controlling and business analysis would also be a great advantage. You have advanced English and Swedish skills, both in writing and speaking.
