Heineken Europe Export & Global Duty Free (EE&GDF) is responsible for all 3rd party Export & License business in Europe and for the Duty Free channels globally. The EE&GDF Operating Company (OpCo) manages independently a large portfolio of brands led by Heineken®, and has a strategic role for the development of brands across multiple markets. It is a truly International OpCo with offices in Amsterdam, Sweden and Bosnia, and 25 different nationalities. The OpCo has around 100 employees and can be characterized as dynamic, professional and ambitious.

Description

In this role you will be taking care of the Distributors,

Wholesalers and on-trade Key Customers within Sweden. You will provide operational commercial support to the Area Export Manager/ Sr. Export Manager on strategic account management. You will be managing the day to day business with (strategic) distribution partners by providing support, guidance and training to third party commercial teams. You'll be visiting (key) accounts together with third party sales reps to support conceptual sell story. You'll be driving and rolling out the trade marketing activations and train the selected On-Trade staff in outlets.
In addition, you'll be conducting catch-up meetings on frequently basis with partners to track performance and KPI's. Int his role you report to the Senior Export Manager of Sweden, Norway and Iceland, located in Amsterdam.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identify new opportunities (Brands, line extensions, other initiatives) and present business case to management
  • Manage all supply matters between our customers and the EE&GDF focal points with the wider HNV supply organization. (Legislation changes impacting labels, forecasting, introduction of new products, phasing, delisting etc.)
  • Design, implement and manage Partner Commercial plans (pricing, operational conditions, distribution agreement, yearly account plans)
  • Contribute to the Area Commercial Plans (Annual Plan, Strategic Plan, LE process)
  • Contribute to RTM strategies and periodical assessments
  • Explore up new Business (Distributors, Wholesalers and On- and Off-trade Customers)
  • Identify new opportunities and build- and support the design of business cases for New Product Introductions (Innovations)
  • Identify new trends and market insights, report back and convert intro business initiative proposals
  • Build strong professional relationships with Distributors, Key Wholesalers, and Key On-trade Customers
  • Manage alignment with internal stakeholders

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience from working with on-trade customers or related field
  • Excellent customer Insight with analytical skills
  • Category, Portfolio and Brand understanding
  • Channel, Shopper and On-Trade Consumer Understanding

  • Sales Organization and Performance Management
