Job description
As an Enterprise Account Sales at Riada, your main responsibility is to establish strong business relationships at the executive level and to develop our large enterprise client base. You will offer advanced solution selling capabilities, conduct sales presentations, coordinate multiple resources within Riada while consistently and successfully closing business.

In the position you will team up with our world class expert consultants. Together you will introduce Riada to new customers as well as to expand our presence with companies who are already a part of our existing customer base. You will interact closely with Atlassian and their field sales operation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Riada's competitive positioning in the marketplace. As an Enterprise Account Sales, you will also deliver strong operational excellence to include forecast accuracy, pipeline development and analytics. The position is located in the heart of Stockholm.

Qualifications and skills
In order to succeed in this role we believe you have a business school degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience from working with sales. You have the ability to use digital on-line tools at hands effectively, preferably Jira & Confluence. The ideal candidate has at least a couple of years in depth digital experience and successful sales experience within IT. Having existing relationships within the market is an advantage.

To be a good fit for our team, you need be a self-motivated and result driven person. You are a great team player and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The position also requires you to be detail and process orientated as well as having an organized way of working.

You will interact with large enterprises and you will talk directly to CIO, CTO and IT Directors, as well as with technical staff within Business and IT. To become the trusted advisor it is important that you have strong business acumen along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. The willingness to travel is needed, mostly to the Nordic countries.

Riada is a services and product partner, providing consultancy and add-ons to the award winning product portfolio from Atlassian.

We are also developing the next generation object management solution that has tremendous capacity and are used by 2000+ organizations in over 120+ countries including customers like NASA, Spotify, Porsche, Intel, Google and Disney.
