My client in Helsingborg are seeking a very Senior Engineering Manager to join their team on a freelance/ contractual basis.

The Engineering Lead will run the Engineer team, made up of several consultants.

So is not hands-on work but the Engineering Lead would be responsible for deciding whether the product is theoretically "a car or an airplane" that should be built. Then the details are up to the team to manage the specifications etc.
So, a senior person who knows architect level Infrastructure / VMware Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and how it relates to networks is ideal.

Must haves:

Some technical understanding - Cloud - Azure, AWS
5+ years' Team Lead/ Management experience.
A strong desire to lead technicians is what they are looking for.
