Description

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Installed Base of our prime product, EVA
  • Create and manage catalogs for customer purchasing departments
  • Help translate and proofread marketing and other materials
  • Coordinating EVA transport in the different Nordic countries
  • Assisting and following up on conventions (Hotels/Bills/Contracts with surgeons etc.)
  • Provide product information to customers and distributors
  • Provide information for annual budget and weekly forecasts
  • Produce quotations according to procedures (special price requests/collaboration with customer service)
  • Manage customer-facing tenders (e.g. public tenders)
  • Report sales to customer accounts
  • Supporting the sales team in their daily work and assisting in the organization of tests and management of sample stock
  • Management of complaints
  • Support our Technical Application Team, updating of demos/service contracts/upgrade in our Tracker System
  • Accuracy of CRM data and support to Sales

Profile

Skills, know-how and experience

  • Able to build lasting relationships with customers and distributors
  • Positive attitude
  • Pro activity and quick follow-up
  • IT skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Fluent in Swedish and a very good understanding of English. Finnish is a big advantage.
