We are now looking for a customer oriented and responsible Commercial Manager for Projects & Sales in Finspång. In this position you will be working alongside another Project & Sales Management team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Project Management in Finspång. You will take full responsibility for all commercial/finance related matters and support the technical project management in the execution of a portfolio of Service Projects within the defined targets (e.g. costs, time, quality) and ensuring customer satisfaction. Further you will support in sales activities (e.g. bid preparation) and report to Sales Team in Finspång.

As a Commercial Manager, you will:
Have the full responsibility for all commercial/finance related matters, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange and NCM topics.
Manage and optimize targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments).
Project planning and provide regular Forecast on a monthly basis
Prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensure the accuracy of the commercial project data.
Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP.
Support the PM in identifying, minimizing non-conformance costs and establishing an appropriate reporting structure; supports the implementation of lessons learned into own project and the organization in general.
Support the PM in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities.
Support in sales activities (e.g. bid calculation, project set-up, order entry forecast)
Full time with good chances for employment with the client after assignment period between 2020-12-01 until 2021-11-30.
