They are now seeking a Client Support Specialist for their support organization in Stockholm to provide great services that optimize their clients’ use of solutions.Job duties
SS&C Advent’s Global Client Services organization promotes a client-focused support culture that rewards employees for innovation, professionalism and personal development. The Client Support department attracts and develops the top talent within the company and has traditionally been a start for long-term careers at SS&C Advent that span multiple business units. SS&C Advent will provide new Client Support Specialists with extensive and formalized training. The training contains assessments, tests with aim to receive a certification showing your achievement.

As a Support Specialist you will provide support to clients utilizing SS&C Advent’s software solutions. Presentation of complex technical information in a simplified and clear manner to clients, other support representatives and managers is a must. In addition, you will document all case issues and resolutions in the CRM system and case handling system. There is daily interaction with clients from a multitude of international regions, cultures, and languages.Education, experience and personal traits
Parallel with your tasks as a Support Specialist you will develop your knowledge in SS&C Advent’s products
• Bachelor’s degree or higher at university or collage level in technical or financial subjectsAdditional information
• Fluency in English. Conversational ability with other languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish, German, French, Dutch, Russian or Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or a client facing role is helpful.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. You might manage multiple projects/responsibilities at any one time and need to be able to meet deadlines and expectations. You can present complex information in a simplified way that is easy to understand. You care about the larger team and can give back by teaching and mentoring less experienced team members. You can analyse and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a complex environment.
