Lead Capacity Management activities in order to secure the needed capacity and flexibility in GTP Powertrain supplier base
Prepare and consolidate the GTP S&OP answer for the scope of Powertrain
Interface with all required stakeholders (e.g. GTO, Brands…) to anticipate capacity and flexibility needs
Organize communication with suppliers when it comes to capacity and flexibility needs
S&OP program and volume plan referent for his/her scope
Organize internal GTP communication concerning S&OP, Long Term Volume Forecast, capacity and flexibility
Animate the network of commodity buyers and SDAs to secure required capacity and flexibility at suppliers
Participate as needed in Commodity Purchasing management meetings
Develop and maintain a capacity data base, supporting a fact based S&OP answer
Represent GTP in relevant GTO forums
Participate in Risk Management Committees
Contribute to capacity management and S&OP process and tool development
Be a member of capacity management team
Deputy for Capacity Management Director in Forum when requested
Work in accordance with the GTP processes and the Code of Conduct
Represent Purchasing in S&OP relevant meetings
Represent Purchasing in relevant stakeholders committees
Planning and priority setting
Synthesis and Data consolidation
Learning on the fly, change management
Knowledge of GTP Powertrain supplier base is appreciated
Relevant process & system knowledge (eg S&OP, capacity tools, programs…)
Supply chain understanding - Experience in Logistic or Manufacturing function is a plus
