PHC Europe BV, part of the PHC Corporation, Biomedical Division, manages sales, marketing, logistics and technical service of PHCbi laboratory products throughout Europe (including Russia and Turkey). Headquartered in the Netherlands with sales and service organizations in the UK, France and the Netherlands. In the Dutch warehouse, about 1.000 units are waiting to be delivered directly from stock. Come join our Export Sales Team as responsible for our Sales in Sweden!


responsibilities.

As Area Sales Manager, you work independently as an agent for the sale of our products within Sweden and you will be responsible for the growth and development on the Swedish market.  
  • The preparation of the annual plan and budget, as well as monthly forecasts and the resulting actions are carried out in coordination with the Supervisor
  • In addition to the sales activities, the after-sales support of customers in cooperation with the distributors is one of the main tasks 
  • Support of the distributors in all sales activities
  • Passing on leads to the distributors
  • Planning of visits to both distributors and customers:  About 80% of customer visits are direct visits, about 20% together with distributors' sales staff.
  • Organization and implementation of marketing activities to improve distributor-customer relations 
  • Building and maintaining a network with users/customers
  • You are responsible for supporting and coordinate service and installation of the equipment
  • Maintenance of the CRM system
  • Holding presentations, support and implementation of customer training
  • Participation in sales meetings, trade fairs and congresses
  • You will be in close contact internally with the PHC Europe sales team and the PHC marketing team and externally in close cooperation with the sales team of the distributors. On a weekly basis, you will connect with the General Manager Export for planning and dialogue 


qualifications.


  • A proven track record of successful technical sales within Life Science/Medtech/Biomedical 
  • It is essential that you have former work experience from areas such as Laboratory, Pharma, Biomedical, Medical Devices etc. 
  • A plus is a background from Cellular Biology 
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required, additional languages is an advantage
Location:
Your base will be from home, preferably living near either Göteborg or Stockholm where the main customers are located. Although, you will travel all over Sweden to ensure excellent customer relationships. Reporting to the General Manager Export based in the Netherlands.
