To strengthen and boost our team, we are now looking for a Process Integrator to work with industrialization of new products as well as sustain the products that are released for production.

The Process team at Finisar Sweden consists of 14 people divided into two subgroups. The first group includes six Process Integrators and the other group consists of eight Process Engineers. As Process Integrator you are responsible for making new products robust and manufactural, including shortest lead time possible and efficient process steps. You supervise the manufacturing process for your product and provide technical expertise to support production.

Your new role
- Overall responsibility for the product process specification and process management plan
- Process performance fulfilling product requirements
- Continuously monitoring the designated product process flow. Corrective actions. Supported by Product Engineering.
- Shop floor assistance and directions to sustain manufacturing - Manage deviations in, and changes to, product manufacturing flow
- Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the processes - Propose and manage improvement projects; yield and productivity, appropriate tolerances
- Propose improvement activities to Process Engineering
- Process qualifications
- Support technician training for products
- Writing and maintaining process documentation
- Document and communicate activities as appropriate
- Manage design of new process flows for new products
- Advise, coordinate and lead development of processes required for new products
- Secure manufacturability in NPI
- Project leader for sub-project, Process (NPI)

What you will need to succeed
To be successful in this position you have at least three years of experience within the area, product engineering management, preferably semiconductor manufacturing and volume production. With an organized approach to project management and corrective actions you are result-oriented as well as driven by dedication to close action items on time.

You are a positive, results-oriented and driven person with an organized approach to project management and corrective actions. You enjoy working hands-on and have a "roll up the sleeves"- attitude. Clear and efficient communication and documentation is required.

You hold an education in Masters of Science or higher (e.g. physics, material science, chemistry or electronics or equivalent).
